Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) certification and at least 2 years of recent CT experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a CT/Radiology/Cardiology department
• Patient population includes both radiology and cardiology cases
• 3x12 hour day shifts, Friday to Sunday, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM (schedule may shift per manager needs)
• Weekend shift coverage required as needed
• No local candidates accepted within 100 miles radius
• Use of Cerner EMR preferred
• Must be willing to float between like units and campuses within 20 miles if necessary
• Must be available to work end-of-year holidays if the assignment overlaps; required to work 2 of 3 major holidays or at least 1 of 2
• Returning employees must have a one-year separation before being eligible to return as a traveler
• All requests for time off (RTO) must be declared up front for consideration

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years recent CT technologist experience required; 3 years preferred
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• License required if applicable
• Previous travel assignment completed; first-time travelers not considered
• All travelers must comply with NLC guidelines; no pending licenses accepted
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
• Must submit all requested time off with initial application
