Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiologic/CT Technologist for a day shift position with call rotation, requiring an active state license and ARRT registration.

Responsibilities

• Position is at a 25-bed critical access facility
• Responsibilities include both CT scans and X-ray examinations
• Day shifts with weeknight and weekend call rotation
• Involvement in diagnostic imaging across multiple modalities including CT and general radiology
• May be required to perform EKG exams for both outpatient and inpatient needs
• Perform CT, X-ray, and EKG procedures according to department protocols, ensuring compliance with ACR and ALARA standards
• Responsible for patient preparation, procedure documentation, and follow-up instructions
• Exhibit proper radiation safety and equipment use, reporting malfunctions as per protocol
• Maintain supply levels and assist in stocking assigned areas
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Housing is available for this assignment

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• Active Montana State Radiologic Technologist License required if applicable
• ARRT registration as a Radiologic Technologist is required
• Current BLS certification is required
• Minimum of 1 year experience required
• ARRT registration in CT preferred but not mandatory
• Must possess strong organizational, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional software as needed
