Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with ARRT certification and at least 1 year of CT experience for night weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Position involves working in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room settings
- Night weekend block schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Role requires working independently in a fast-paced ED environment
- Use of GE equipment is required
- No local candidates within a 50-mile radius accepted
- Role includes gathering, organizing, verifying, and analyzing data to complete procedures
- Must be able to produce final outputs within established standards and operate complex equipment
- Must pass EKG testing on first day with up to 2 attempts; study guides will be provided
- Second interview will be conducted by the manager
Requirements
- ARRT(R) certification is required; ARRT(R)(CT) registration preferred
- Valid state Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year CT experience; 2 years Radiology and 2 years CT experience preferred
- Broad range of technical skills in radiology and CT modalities is necessary
- Graduation from a Radiologic Sciences program required; Radiology/CT education preferred
