Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of recent experience and proficiency in Epic for weekend day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Position is based in a critical access, Level III trauma center
- Work on a CT unit with a 2:1 patient ratio
- Weekend day shifts, Friday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 to 19:00
- No on-call or floating between units required
- Assignment length is 13 weeks
- Charting is performed using Epic EMR
- All travelers may be expected to float to other facilities in the state as needed
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and cannot live within 50 miles of the facility
- Minimal to no RTO preferred; excessive RTO may impact consideration
- Scrub color is any; scrubs are provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, and Maternal Child units
- No parking fees apply
- This is a teaching hospital environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years CT Tech experience required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR is required
- Current required certifications must be valid and included for consideration
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering at least 1 year in a comparable specialty within the last 3 years
- SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- License required if applicable
