Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of recent experience and proficiency in Epic for weekend day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a critical access, Level III trauma center
• Work on a CT unit with a 2:1 patient ratio
• Weekend day shifts, Friday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 to 19:00
• No on-call or floating between units required
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Charting is performed using Epic EMR
• All travelers may be expected to float to other facilities in the state as needed
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and cannot live within 50 miles of the facility
• Minimal to no RTO preferred; excessive RTO may impact consideration
• Scrub color is any; scrubs are provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, and Maternal Child units
• No parking fees apply
• This is a teaching hospital environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years CT Tech experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR is required
• Current required certifications must be valid and included for consideration
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering at least 1 year in a comparable specialty within the last 3 years
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• License required if applicable
