Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with at least 4 years of CT experience and ARRT (CT) certification for a night shift position at a Level 1 trauma teaching hospital.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Level 1 trauma, teaching hospital
- CT department averaging 100 patients per day, including inpatients, outpatients, and ER cases
- 12-hour night shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- No on-call or weekend rotation required
- Must work holidays that occur during the assignment
- Uses Epic EMR, Philips PACS, and GE CT scanners
- Support and team structure discussed during interview
- Orientation includes facility onboarding and 1 day of departmental orientation
- Duties include performing CT scans for diverse patient populations and starting IVs
- Department maintains an inclusive culture
- Must wear black scrubs
- Parking is available for a biweekly fee
- RTO requests are subject to manager approval
- Holiday coverage required per contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years recent CT experience required
- Current ARRT (CT) and BLS certifications required
- IV start skills required
- Must have experience working with inpatients, outpatients, and ER patients
- Experience with Epic EMR and GE CT scanners preferred
- First-time travelers will not be considered
- License required if applicable
