Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) night shift position in Texas requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a hospital setting
- Patient population includes individuals requiring intermediate to progressive care
- 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment duration
- Provide specialized nursing care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
- Must supply references and completed skills checklist for consideration
- Applicants must not have Canadian Social Security Numbers
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Minimum of one year recent experience in PCU or related specialty
- Current AHA or ARC BLS and ACLS certifications required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Submission must include US Social Security Number and Date of Birth
