Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a busy inpatient and emergency setting, requiring ARRT (CT) and BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Position is in a hospital CT imaging department
- Night shift schedule from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, four 10-hour shifts per week
- 13-week contract assignment
- Covers both emergency department and inpatient cases
- Radiology unit 723A CT Imaging
- Must provide support for a high-volume and fast-paced department
- Must be comfortable working independently during night shifts
- RTO (requested time off) must be declared in advance
- Badge photo required upon job offer acceptance
- References will be required during the compliance process
- Scrub requirements not specified
- COVID and other vaccination policies not specified
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a CT Technologist
- Current ARRT (CT) certification required
- Active BLS certification required
- Ability to perform all standard CT procedures independently
- License required if applicable
- No candidates living within a 50-mile radius considered
- Returning perm staff must have a minimum 2-year break before returning as travelers
