Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of recent experience for a day shift travel assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Position is based in a hospital physical therapy department
  • Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Applicants must not be currently employed in a permanent position at any location
  • Candidates must clock in and out using the electronic timekeeping system
  • A 50-mile radius rule applies to eligibility for travel pay rates
  • Certifications must be renewed as needed prior to assignment start
  • Internal candidates must be listed as resigned in the HealthTrust HR System

Requirements

  • Active PT license required if applicable
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in the specialty
  • No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment; all certifications must be valid throughout
  • RCIS certifications for BLS and ACLS are not accepted
  • No work history gaps of 90 days or more within the last 12 months
  • Full US Social Security Number is required for consideration
  • No Canadian Social Insurance Numbers accepted
