Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of cerebral scrubbing experience and current CA licenses for an acute care assignment.

Responsibilities

Position located in an acute care hospital working on the Interventional Radiology unit
Requires cerebral scrubbing experience
Day shifts, 4x10 hour schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
On-call required for a minimum of 12 call days per 6-week schedule, including weekends
May be required to float between facilities within the state as needed
Epic EMR system is used and experience is required
Locals are accepted at the same rate
First-time travelers are accepted for this position
Must be prepared to float to other facilities within the state as needed
Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and cannot be within 50 miles of the facility
All requested time off must be included at time of application
Scrub color for Radiology/OR is provided by the facility
Free parking is available onsite

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology with cerebral scrubbing
Current BLS, Fluoroscopy Permit, and California state license required (license required if applicable)
Epic EMR experience required
SSN and DOB must be provided for consideration
Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting
Required certifications must be current and included for consideration
