Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with ARRT certification and CT endorsement for a day shift assignment.
Responsibilities
- Work in a CT department alongside a team of technologists
- Day shifts with 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
- Typical coverage includes Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 7am-7:30pm
- One technologist assigned to each scanner, with two stationed in the control room
- Rotational assignment to the ED as a stand-alone position with support available for lifting and assistance
- No on-call requirement
- Responsibilities include performing CT scans, supporting the ED and other departments, and collaborating with fellow technologists
- Team typically consists of 4 to 6 technologists
- Skills checklist related to CT specialty required for consideration
- Copy of certifications and verification of active licensure required
- Must provide an up-to-date resume with relevant work history and documented EMR experience
- Scrub or dress code details not specified
Requirements
- ARRT certification with CT endorsement required
- Active license required if applicable
- Experience in CT required as specified by the department
- Two references from recent supervisors or managers within the last 2 years required
- Demonstrated experience with EMR systems
