Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with a valid CA license to work night shifts with floating responsibilities across multiple inpatient units.

Responsibilities

• Work in the ICU unit of a hospital setting
• Required to float to all inpatient units including ICU, SDICU, Telemetry, and Med Surg
• Night shift schedule: 3x12 hours (19:00-07:00), including every other weekend
• No on-call requirements
• Must have been absent for at least 1 year if previously employed or traveled at the facility
• Only one holiday request off (RTO) will be approved during the assignment
• Lab work required within 3-5 days of signing acceptance
• First time travelers are accepted

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 4 years of RN experience
• Ability to float between ICU, SDICU, Telemetry, and Med Surg inpatient units
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
