Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a clinic RN with pediatric and lab draw experience for a subspecialty outpatient setting requiring a GA or compact RN license, BLS, and PALS.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient subspecialty clinic covering Adolescent Medicine, Autism, and Asthma Clinics with daily rotations
- Pediatric patient population
- Day shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week
- No on-call responsibilities
- Primary duties include providing nursing care and performing lab draws in subspecialty pediatric clinics
- Position rotates daily among various clinic specialties
- First-time travelers will be considered for this position
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Pediatric experience highly preferred
- Lab draw experience highly preferred
- Flu vaccination required with no exceptions
- Candidates must be nicotine free as part of the drug screening process
