Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PCU (Stepdown) position that requires an active CO or compact RN license and night shift availability.
Responsibilities
- Work in the ICU Stepdown (PCU) unit of a hospital setting
- Patient population includes those needing intermediate level care between ICU and general units
- Night shift from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
- 13-week contract
- Responsibilities include delivering specialized nursing care for stepdown/PCU patients
- Team environment with collaboration alongside other critical care professionals
Requirements
- Active CO or compact RN license required
- At least 1 year of recent PCU or ICU stepdown nursing experience
- Current AHA or ARC BLS certification that does not expire within the first 30 days of contract
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
