Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 6-week assignment requiring Level 1 Trauma hospital experience and an active MA license.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital setting specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
- Assignment duration is 6 weeks
- 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- Patient population includes trauma and acute care cases typical of a Level 1 Trauma facility
- Main duties include performing MRI procedures on patients in a Level 1 Trauma environment
- Professional reference checks cannot be from another traveler and preference for last travel assignment as a reference
- Monthly parking fees apply for on-site staff
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts state license required if applicable
- Minimum of 18 months experience as an MRI Technologist
- Level 1 Trauma hospital experience required
- Required certifications for MRI Technologist must be active at time of consideration
- Two professional references required, at least one from a manager with a performance evaluation, and one reference within the past 12 months
