Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with at least 2 years of diagnostic radiology experience, BLS, and ARRT certification.

Responsibilities

Position is in a diagnostic radiology unit with a focus on OR, fluoroscopy, portable imaging, emergency department, and general x-ray cases
Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 8-hour day shifts
13-week contract assignment
No on-call required
Cerner EMR is used and experience is required
Candidates must not live within 50 miles of the facility
Responsibilities include assisting with OR cases, fluoroscopy procedures, portables, and general x-rays
Returning staff who were previously permanent employees must have a 2-year break before being considered as a traveler
Must request all desired time off up front; no additional RTO requests will be considered after an offer
References are required during the compliance process
First-time travelers will be considered
Scrub or dress code requirements are not specified

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology
Current BLS certification required
ARRT certification required
Experience with Cerner EMR required
License required if applicable
