Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced MRI Technologist for 12-hour day shifts with proficiency using Philips MRI equipment and current BLS and ARRT or ARMIT certification.
Responsibilities
- Position is based in a Level 1 Trauma hospital setting
- Work schedule consists of 12-hour day shifts, Friday through Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- High acuity imaging environment with weekend coverage
- Experience with Philips MRI systems is required and GE 3T experience is preferred
- Work involves performing MRI procedures on a diverse patient population in a high acuity environment
- Preferred candidates will have experience with GE 3T MRI systems
- Monthly parking fees apply for onsite parking
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
- Specific dress code and orientation details will be provided upon hire
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an MRI Technologist
- Current BLS and ARRT or ARMIT certification required
- Experience in a Level 1 Trauma hospital required
- Active MA state license required if applicable
- At least 18 months of specialty-specific experience
- Two professional references required, one must be from a manager with a performance evaluation included, and one reference must be within the past 12 months
