Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with active VA license, BLS (AHA), and ARRT(CT) certification for a 13-week assignment with a four-day evening schedule.

Responsibilities

• Position based in a hospital setting working with both inpatient and Emergency Room patients
• Schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM (10-hour shifts)
• Possible float to nearby sites within the same health system as needed
• Uses GE Revolution Apex and Siemens Definition AS CT scanners
• Experience with Epic EMR is required
• No on-call or holiday coverage required for this assignment
• Black scrubs required
• One week of orientation provided
• Must be well versed in performing a broad range of CT cases
• May be required to float to other sites based on operational needs
• Expect to work with both inpatient and Emergency Room patient populations

Requirements

• Active VA license required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
• BLS certification through AHA required
• ARRT(CT) certification required
• At least 2 years of CT experience preferred
• Strong IV skills preferred
• Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred
• Experience with GE Revolution Apex and Siemens Definition AS strongly preferred
