Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including neuro and scrub experience, for a day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital-based catheterization laboratory
Focus on adult radiology and cardiology procedures with an emphasis on neuro cases
Day shifts are 5x8 hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Weekday backup call required from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday
Weekend call may be primary or backup, running 7:00 AM Saturday to 7:00 AM Monday
Holiday coverage required as needed, 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
Candidates must be within a 45 minute radius for call-back coverage
First-time travelers will be considered for this position
Duties include supporting neuro and other cath lab procedures, and participating in on-call rotation

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab or IR Technologist
Neuro procedure experience required
Scrub experience required
Current BLS and ARRT certification required
Maryland license required if applicable and must be active prior to start
