Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, BLS, and NJ state license or ARRT (N)/CNMT certification.

Responsibilities

Work in a nuclear medicine department within a cardiology-focused medical group practice
Perform 8-10 nuclear medicine cases per day with a focus on myocardial procedures
Schedule is Monday through Friday, day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
No weekends or call required
Experience with GE and Siemens equipment is utilized
Charting is done in EPIC EMR
First-time travelers are accepted for this position
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
Requests for time off or schedule adjustments must be submitted and approved before an offer is extended
Candidates with prior employment at RWJBH health system must have a minimum 1-year separation before being eligible for travel assignments
Any scrub color is permitted

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Active NJ state license and ARRT (N) or CNMT certification required prior to start
BLS certification required
Strong knowledge and skill in myocardial imaging
Experience with EPIC EMR is required
License required if applicable
