Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a day shift Med/Surg position in Virginia requiring a VA or compact license and recent Med/Surg experience.

Responsibilities

• Medical Surgical Combination unit in a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Permanent residence must be more than 60 miles from the facility
• Not eligible if employed as perm staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
• Cannot be employed full time elsewhere during the assignment

Requirements

• Active VA or compact RN license required
• 1-2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• COVID vaccination card required
• RQI certifications are not accepted
