Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg position requiring a VA or compact license and at least two years of recent experience.

Responsibilities

• Medical-Surgical unit position in an acute hospital setting
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Mixed medical and surgical patient population
• Candidates cannot live within 60 miles of the facility
• Travelers must not have been employed as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
• Full-time employment elsewhere is not permitted during the contract
• First time travelers are eligible to apply

Requirements

• Active VA or compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• COVID vaccination card required
• RQI certifications are not accepted
