Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position on a night shift, requiring a VA or compact RN license and at least one year of experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital on a Medical-Surgical combination unit
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
13-week travel contract assignment
Candidates cannot have a permanent address within 60 miles of the facility
Cannot have been employed as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
Cannot be simultaneously employed full time elsewhere
First time travelers are welcome to apply

Requirements

Active VA or compact RN license required
Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (RQI not accepted)
Must provide Social Security number and date of birth for consideration
COVID-19 vaccination card required

Pros

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
