Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN with circulating experience for a night shift position in Texas, requiring flexibility and a compact or TX RN license.

Responsibilities

Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting
Night shifts, 3x12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
May float to other floors or a different campus as needed
Care for laboring and postpartum patients and participate in deliveries
First-time travelers are accepted
Candidates must live at least 150 miles from the facility
Flexible and adaptable approach to assignments and unit needs is expected

Requirements

Current TX or compact RN license required
Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications required
Proficiency as a circulator is required
Three years of Labor and Delivery experience preferred
Two supervisor references from the past three years required

Pros

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
