Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN with circulating experience for a night shift position in Texas, requiring flexibility and a compact or TX RN license.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting
- Night shifts, 3x12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- May float to other floors or a different campus as needed
- Care for laboring and postpartum patients and participate in deliveries
- First-time travelers are accepted
- Candidates must live at least 150 miles from the facility
- Flexible and adaptable approach to assignments and unit needs is expected
Requirements
- Current TX or compact RN license required
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications required
- Proficiency as a circulator is required
- Three years of Labor and Delivery experience preferred
- Two supervisor references from the past three years required
