Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for an Outpatient Surgery position requiring IL RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

Ambulatory outpatient surgery center environment specializing in orthopedic procedures
Day shift schedule with 5x8 hour shifts from 6:45am to 3:15pm
May float within scope to meet facility needs
Open to first-time travelers
No local radius restrictions
Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures
Candidates requesting more than 5 days of time off are discouraged
Block scheduling may be discussed during the interview

Requirements

Active IL RN license required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required, any OR setting accepted

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
