Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist with 3+ years of OB and general ultrasound experience for a day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

Work in a diagnostic imaging department focused on general, OB/GYN, abdominal, neurosonology, and ophthalmology ultrasound procedures
Day shift schedule from 8:15am to 6:45pm
13-week assignment
Floating to other departments where qualified may be required
Perform ultrasonic imaging and procedures across OB/GYN, abdominal, neurosonology, and ophthalmology specialties
Demonstrate anatomy for physician interpretation and/or intervention
Maintain professional judgment and adhere to medical ethics
Provide patient care to ensure successful imaging procedures
Local candidates are accepted

Requirements

Graduate of a CAHEA-accredited sonography program or equivalent
Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or equivalent approved certification
Licensed in the State of Oregon as an Ultrasonographer or Radiologic Technologist/Sonographer (license required if applicable)
Minimum of 3 years ultrasound experience required

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in.
