Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position requiring CT or compact RN licensure and BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
• 13-week contract assignment
• Care for patients of all ages presenting to the Emergency Department
• Holiday coverage may be required as per hospital policy
• American Heart Association certifications must be submitted with both front and back images of the card
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) can be accepted in place of PALS
• Local rates apply to RNs residing in specified states including CT

Requirements

• Active CT or compact RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications are required (AHA for BLS and ACLS)
• TNCC certification is preferred
• Level 1 trauma experience is preferred
• License/certification verification dated within 30 days of start is required
