Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Ortho Spine position on a night shift requiring a KS or compact RN license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.

• Work in the Medical Surgical/Surgical Services Ortho Spine unit
• Night shift position, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Patient population focused on orthopedic and spinal cases
• Hospital setting with Med/Surg unit responsibilities

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Minimum one year of recent Med/Surg Ortho Spine or relevant clinical experience
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC, valid through at least the first 30 days of assignment
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Submission requires US Social Security Number and Date of Birth—no Canadian SSN accepted
• Professional reference requirements vary by state

Additional Information

• No local candidates accepted; must reside outside a 50-mile radius
• Primary duties include providing comprehensive nursing care to ortho spine Med/Surg patients
• Must provide patient documentation as required for consideration
• Assignment is for a 13-week contract
