Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ER RN with a TX or compact license and required certifications for a night shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• No local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius
• Provide emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Team-oriented environment with multidisciplinary support
• No employment gaps exceeding 90 days in the past 12 months permitted

Requirements

• Active TX RN or compact nursing license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent ER experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• CPI or approved alternative crisis intervention certification required for ER
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• Professional reference required in accordance with state guidelines
