Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of CT experience, ARRT(CT) certification, and flexibility to work at various locations.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital setting and at affiliated walk-in care locations
• Responsibilities include diagnostic imaging with emphasis on CT, fluoroscopy, C-arm, bone densitometry, and portable radiography
• CT services provided at the main hospital campus and Wells location
• Technologists may be required to work at multiple locations within a single shift
• Day shifts of 12 hours: 6:00 am to 6:30 pm on Sunday, and 7:00 am to 7:30 pm on Friday and Saturday, with weekly schedules posted 7 days in advance
• May perform patient registration and clerical duties at off-site locations
• Candidates must deliver excellent patient care and high quality imaging exams
• Ability to work collaboratively across a team-oriented imaging department
• Must be adaptable to frequent changes in shift locations and assignments
• Willingness to support walk-in site teams with clerical and registration tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
• Current ARRT(CT) certification required
• Active Maine RT license required; license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Demonstrated proficiency in CT with preferred fluency in bone densitometry, fluoroscopy, C-arm, and portable radiography
• Flexibility to travel between various clinical sites as needed
