Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a general and vascular lab assignment requiring ARDMS certification and California licensure.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a general and vascular ultrasound lab with a focus on vascular ultrasound and limited OB cases
• Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekends as needed
• Setting involves both general and vascular ultrasound procedures
• Epic EMR experience is preferred
• Must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• Modules completed during orientation via e-learning, time to complete may vary
• Only one holiday day off (RTO) will be approved during assignment
• Candidates must meet a 50 mile radius rule
• Local candidates are accepted but will be paid at a local rate
• Return staff may be considered if absent from facility for at least one year

Requirements

• Current BLS certification (AHA required)
• ARDMS, ARDMS AB, and ARDMS RVT certifications required
• Active CA state license required if applicable
• Minimum of 2 years ultrasound experience required
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Must be able to provide copies of certifications at time of consideration
