Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a general and vascular lab assignment requiring ARDMS certification and California licensure.
Responsibilities
- Position is in a general and vascular ultrasound lab with a focus on vascular ultrasound and limited OB cases
- Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekends as needed
- Setting involves both general and vascular ultrasound procedures
- Epic EMR experience is preferred
- Must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing
- Modules completed during orientation via e-learning, time to complete may vary
- Only one holiday day off (RTO) will be approved during assignment
- Candidates must meet a 50 mile radius rule
- Local candidates are accepted but will be paid at a local rate
- Return staff may be considered if absent from facility for at least one year
Requirements
- Current BLS certification (AHA required)
- ARDMS, ARDMS AB, and ARDMS RVT certifications required
- Active CA state license required if applicable
- Minimum of 2 years ultrasound experience required
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
- Must be able to provide copies of certifications at time of consideration

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
