Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with a NC or compact license and at least one year of recent operating room experience.

Responsibilities

Position is in the operating room department of a hospital setting
Day shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
Assignment is for a 13-week contract
Perform circulating and/or scrub duties in the OR as assigned
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted
Comprehensive credentialing process includes application, references, skill checklist, license verification, and certificate copies

Requirements

Active NC or compact RN license required
Minimum of 1 year recent OR RN experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) required from AHA or ARC, with no certification expiring within 30 days of assignment start
Must provide US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
Professional references required (two for FL and MO, one for other states)
No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
