Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced X-Ray/CT Technologist with a minimum of 2 years’ radiology experience and a valid state license for a travel assignment.

Responsibilities

Work in a diagnostic radiology unit performing both X-ray and CT imaging procedures
Patients will encompass various types as typical for a hospital setting
Weekend day shifts; 12-hour shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
No on-call required
Rotation schedule of 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next
Experience with GE CT equipment preferred
Orientation provided bi-weekly
Travel pairs are not accepted for this position
Scrub information not specified; bring appropriate attire for radiology setting

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of X-ray and CT experience required, with 3-5 years preferred
Active West Virginia Medical Imaging License and ARRT certification required
Competency in CT required; CT registered preferred
Current BLS certification (AHA required)
License required if applicable
Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
