Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with Kentucky ARRT licensure, advanced life support certifications, and recent cath lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cardiac catheterization lab within a hospital setting
• Level 1 trauma experience is preferred
• Shift is four 10-hour day shifts per week, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Call requirements include one late call and one regular call shift per week, plus 1-2 call weekends per 6-week schedule
• Philips Single and Bi Plane Angiography experience is preferred
• Use of Epic EHR and McKesson systems is required
• Onboarding EKG exam is required
• Must be able to participate in a comprehensive call rotation, including weeknights and multiple weekends during the contract
• Candidates must pass an EKG onboarding exam
• Local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted
• All required certifications must be current and attached for consideration

Requirements

• Current KY Rad Tech License through ARRT required (pending license acceptable at time of consideration)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required
• PALS required before start date
• Recent cath lab or level 1 trauma experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Epic and McKesson systems required
• Two supervisor references from the past three years required for consideration
• License required if applicable
