Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Tech (RCIS or ARRT-R) for a 13-week assignment requiring 2 years of recent cath lab scrubbing experience and BLS/ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital cath lab with 2 dedicated cath labs and 1 hybrid OR
Adult and geriatric patient population
Procedures include IABP, Rotablator, Shockwave, structural heart interventions, PFO, TAVR, MitraClip, and Watchman
Uses GE Innova IGS, Phillips, GE MacLab, IVUS, FFR, and EPIC documentation
4x10 day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
On-call required: up to 10 weekday evenings and 3 weekends per contract as scheduled
Weekend and holiday coverage required as scheduled
Role covers a range of interventional cardiac and structural heart procedures
First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment
Local travelers are accepted at a reduced rate
RTO must be requested upon initial consideration
Holiday shifts are required as scheduled

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent cath lab/interventional scrubbing experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
RCIS and/or ARRT-R certification is required
Recent experience working with adult and geriatric cases
License required if applicable
