Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position in a hospital setting, requiring a ME or compact RN license and at least 2 years of OR experience.

Responsibilities

Position is in the Operating Room department of a hospital
Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 17:30
Assignment covers a 26-week contract
Patients will be perioperative surgical cases
Floating may be required to facilities within a 25-mile radius
Primary responsibilities include circulating and scrubbing for a variety of surgical procedures
Local candidates within 90 miles are considered local and subject to local pay rules
No travel pairs or groups permitted
Returning employees must not have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months

Requirements

Active ME or compact RN license required
Minimum of 2 years' recent Operating Room RN experience
Driver’s License must be provided for consideration
Must submit two professional references
