Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced ER RN for a 13-week night shift assignment in Alaska with an active AK RN license and required certifications.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Emergency Room (ER) of a hospital setting
- Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Applicants must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
- Professional references are required for consideration
- Must provide identification including US SSN and DOB for eligibility
- First-time travelers will be considered
Requirements
- Active Alaska RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent ER experience
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA or ARC accepted, with no certifications expiring within the first 30 days)
- CPI or equivalent crisis management certification required for ER
- TNCC certification required
- NIH Stroke Certification required
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
