Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a night shift position at a freestanding emergency department with at least 2 years of recent clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is located in a freestanding emergency department (FSED) setting
• Shift schedule is 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on Sundays, Tuesdays, and every other Wednesday
• Assignment duration is 13 weeks
• Role involves working with emergency and acute care imaging patients
• May require operation of CT scanners and collaboration with emergency room staff
• Must provide patient imaging services in support of emergency medical care
• Expected to interact and communicate effectively with emergency department staff
• May be required to float to similar roles as necessary per facility needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical CT technologist experience required
• At least 6 months of relevant experience must be within the last 6 months
• Active CT license required if applicable
• Relevant national certification for CT technologists required
• Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
• Two professional references required for Florida
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be considered
