Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Pediatric RN with an active NC or compact license and BLS/PALS certification for night shifts, including weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Work in a pediatric unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
• Required to work every other weekend
• Floating to other units may be required
• Bi-weekly orientation sessions are provided
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates within 75 miles are accepted
• Team-based environment with opportunities to float as needed
• Professional dress code and compliance with all hospital requirements are expected

Requirements

• Active North Carolina or Compact RN license in hand
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience required; 2 years highly preferred
• Current BLS and PALS certifications required
• At least one supervisory reference from within the last year is required for consideration
• Flu vaccination required without exemptions during flu season (10/31–3/31)
• Full SSN and date of birth (DOB) must be provided for consideration
