Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg Telemetry position in Texas requiring 1+ years of recent specialty experience and an active TX or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 18:00 to 06:00
• Patient population includes both medical-surgical and telemetry cases
• No local travelers within a 50-mile radius will be considered
• RTO (requested time off) must be less than 1 week
• Drivers license required for consideration
• Must provide U.S. Social Security Number for consideration
• Applicants must not be Canadian citizens with a Canadian SIN

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required at time of application
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• No work gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
