Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) certification and at least 2 years of recent CT experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in an acute care setting providing CT imaging for both adult and pediatric patients
• Three 12-hour day/evening shifts from Friday to Sunday, 8:30am – 9:00pm
• No call or holiday shifts required
• Use Canon/Toshiba, Fuji Synaps equipment, and Epic EMR
• Must be able to independently start IVs
• Black scrubs are required
• Radiation badge must be provided by the agency
• Candidates who have previously worked at any WVU location must have a 2-year break before being reconsidered
• Travelers are limited to a total of one year of service within the WVU system before a required 2-year break
• No local travelers are permitted per radius rule
• Must provide an unexpired copy of driver’s license for consideration

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a CT Technologist
• Current BLS certification (AHA required)
• Certified CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) verification required
• License required if applicable
• Must hold a valid, unexpired driver’s license
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Ability to perform all CT exams on adults and pediatric patients
• Experience with Epic EMR is preferred
• Must be able to start IVs
