Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CAT Scan Technologist with ARRT(CT) certification and a minimum of 2 years of CT experience for an evening shift position.

Responsibilities

Work in the CT Imaging department operating all CT scanners in the main Imaging Department
Evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
Perform diagnostic CT exams as ordered by physicians
Accurate data entry required in RIS and PACS systems
Responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow and performing exams according to physician orders
Must ensure complete and accurate patient data in all imaging records
Local candidates accepted at the same rate except for certain locations
Scrub or dress code details not specified

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a CT Technologist
ARRT(CT) registration required
Active CPR certification required
High school diploma, GED, or higher degree required
Experience in a hospital with a facility size of 500+ beds
License required if applicable
