Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neuro Stepdown Telemetry position requiring a compact or NC RN license and at least two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based Medical Surgical Telemetry unit specializing in Neuro Stepdown care
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Patient population includes neurological stepdown patients requiring telemetry monitoring
• Provide stepdown level care and monitor neurological patients utilizing telemetry
• Adhere to hospital policies and multidisciplinary team protocols
• Must complete required compliance documentation prior to start

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in a similar setting
• Certifications must be traditional (RQI not accepted)
• COVID vaccination card required for consideration
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff in any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
• Permanent address must be at least 60 miles from the assignment facility
