Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist experienced in outpatient pelvic floor and orthopedic care for a critical need assignment in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient therapy setting with focus on pelvic floor and orthopedic patients
- Patient population includes post-op joint surgeries and replacements, strains, repetitive use injuries, gait training, and post-stroke rehabilitation
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 8-hour shifts
- No on-call requirements
- Uses Epic EMR
- Therapists provide assessment and treatment to a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurologic patients
- Work independently and collaboratively with other outpatient clinical staff
- Contingent workers may not exceed two years of assignments without a 90-day break per HR policy
- Local candidates accepted; rate is the same as travel rate
Requirements
- Active CA Physical Therapist license required if applicable
- Licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration; pending not accepted
- Strong experience in outpatient pelvic floor physical therapy is required
- Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience is required
- Must provide last 4 digits of SSN and DOB for consideration
