Job Description
American Traveler seeks a Physical Therapist with outpatient pelvic floor and orthopedic experience for a critical need assignment in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient setting focusing on pelvic floor and orthopedic rehabilitation
- Patient population includes strains, injuries, post-op joint replacements, repetitive use injuries, gait training, and post-stroke cases
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, 8-hour shifts
- No on-call requirement
- Utilizes Epic EMR system
- Work involves treating a wide range of conditions related to pelvic floor, orthopedic, and post-surgical rehabilitation
- Assignment duration is 13 weeks
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
- Dress code and scrub requirements not specified
- Compliance with HR tenure policy limits total assignment duration; workers may not exceed two years of service without a 90-day break
Requirements
- Experience in outpatient pelvic floor and outpatient orthopedic physical therapy required
- Active CA Physical Therapist license required at time of consideration if applicable
- Certifications must be current at time of consideration; pending licenses or certifications not accepted
- Submission of last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
