Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting with required CA licensure and at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in an outpatient PT department
• Day shifts, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No floating or on-call requirements
• Epic charting system experience is preferred
• Duties include planning and implementing individualized PT treatment programs and providing structured educational opportunities within the hospital
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• Mandatory completion of e-learning orientation modules, with hours varying by specialty
• Only one holiday request will be approved during the contract
• Return staff must be separated from previous employment for at least one year to be eligible
• 50-mile radius rule applies for travel eligibility
• Local candidates are accepted and will be paid at the local rate

Requirements

• Current CA PT license required if applicable
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a B.S., B.A., M.A., M.S., or D.P.T. degree
• Active BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• Minimum 2 years of recent physical therapy experience required
• Must provide two professional references obtained within the last year
