Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for night shifts with 2 years of MRI experience and current ARRT (R)(MR), BLS, and NJ license.

Responsibilities

• Work in an MRI department across multiple hospital campuses
• Night shift schedule with 4x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend shift required
• Must work 1 holiday during the assignment
• Potential to float to nearby affiliated campuses
• No on-call responsibility
• Work with GE MRI systems and PACS
• Black scrubs required
• Modules are completed during orientation and are non-billable if finished in the first 8 hours
• First-time travelers are accepted for this position
• A 50-mile radius rule applies for local candidate eligibility and rate
• One holiday shift during the contract is required
• RTO must be requested in advance for consideration

Requirements

• Active NJ license and ARRT (R)(MR) certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an MRI technologist
• Ability to float across campuses as needed
• License required if applicable
• Valid references and copies of certifications required for consideration
• PA fingerprint clearance required
• Completion of required labs within 48 hours of assignment confirmation
