Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Certified CT Technologist for Friday–Sunday overnight shifts at a busy Level 1 trauma and stroke hospital, with ARRT certification and BLS required.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Level 1 trauma and stroke hospital on the overnight shift Friday through Sunday from 19:30–08:00
- Team of 5–6 CT technologists scheduled nightly
- Utilize both Siemens and GE CT scanners
- Patient population includes trauma and stroke cases
- Documentation and charting is done using Epic EMR
- Role involves performing CT scans for trauma and stroke populations
- Parking at the location is self-paid, with nearby public parking and transportation options available
- Staff work in a collaborative team environment with multiple technologists on each shift
- Scrub attire should follow hospital policy
- Local candidates must have a permanent residence at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel rate
Requirements
- ARRT certification required
- Current and valid BLS certification from AHA required
- Must possess a valid MA license as a CT Technologist; MA conditional licenses not accepted (license required if applicable)
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
- Must comply with all vaccination requirements including annual Flu vaccine with no religious or medical exemptions
