Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for a 13-week contract, requiring ARRT certification and MA state license if applicable.

Responsibilities

Radiology Mammography unit in a hospital setting
Work schedule includes Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, and Monday/Wednesday 7:00 AM–7:30 PM with flexible weekdays
EPIC charting system is used
Patient population consists of individuals requiring mammography imaging services
Responsibilities include performing mammography imaging studies to support diagnosis and screening
FLU vaccine is required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for standard travel rates
Validated parking is not available; candidates should anticipate daily parking costs or use public transportation
Scrub or dress code details not specified—candidates should check with the facility prior to assignment

Requirements

Active ARRT certification is required
Active MA state license required if applicable; MA Conditional Licenses are not accepted
BLS certification from AHA is required
No minimum years of experience specified
Proof of MA licensure required if applicable at time of consideration
