Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist experienced in both IR and CT procedures with a current TX license or eligible credentials.
Responsibilities
- Work in an Interventional Radiology unit within a hospital setting
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a rotating weekday off
- On-call coverage required, typically once per weeknight from end of shift to 7:00 AM the next morning
- Weekend call is 24 hours from Friday end of shift to Monday morning, rotating every 4-6 weeks as needed
- Call teams consist of 2 technologists and 1 nurse
- Responsibilities include performing IR and CT procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Call coverage is required as part of a 2 technologist and 1 nurse team
- All time off requests must be submitted with the initial application
- Travelers with experience in both IR and CT are strongly preferred
Requirements
- Current ARRT with TX state license (MRT), or RCIS CCI with LMRT/MRT required
- State license must be in hand at the time of consideration
- Applicants should have experience in both Interventional Radiology and CT procedures
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required
- Full 7 year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
- License required if applicable
