Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist experienced in both IR and CT procedures with a current TX license or eligible credentials.

Responsibilities

Work in an Interventional Radiology unit within a hospital setting
4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a rotating weekday off
On-call coverage required, typically once per weeknight from end of shift to 7:00 AM the next morning
Weekend call is 24 hours from Friday end of shift to Monday morning, rotating every 4-6 weeks as needed
Call teams consist of 2 technologists and 1 nurse
Responsibilities include performing IR and CT procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment
Call coverage is required as part of a 2 technologist and 1 nurse team
All time off requests must be submitted with the initial application
Travelers with experience in both IR and CT are strongly preferred

Requirements

Current ARRT with TX state license (MRT), or RCIS CCI with LMRT/MRT required
State license must be in hand at the time of consideration
Applicants should have experience in both Interventional Radiology and CT procedures
2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required
Full 7 year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
License required if applicable
