Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with experience in both adult echo and vascular procedures and preferred dual registry.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based echo department
• Day shift schedule of 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with rotating weekends and on-call responsibilities
• Responsibilities include both echocardiography and vascular studies for adult patients
• Submission of certifications required for consideration
• Locals living within 50 miles are not accepted
• Must attach profession-related certifications to application
• Verification of license, if applicable, must be provided

Requirements

• Experience in both echocardiography and vascular procedures is required
• Registration in both echo (ARDMS with RDCS or RCS) and vascular (RVT or RCS) is strongly preferred, but consideration given to those with echo registry and vascular experience
• Accepts ARDMS or CCI credentials
• Pediatric experience is a bonus
• License required if applicable
• Two references from supervisors within the last three years of employment are required
